Fixed low elements are constructed at a ropes course location. They are close to the ground and do not require specialized climbing equipment. They offer a level of increased challenge for your team. The Giant’s finger tasks team members to discover a way to remove the ring from the giant’s finger without “waking him”. The A Frame Walk requires leadership, communication and coordination skills to successful transport team members to their destination. The Board Walk challenge involves construction, balance and communication for team members to navigate their journey without being sucked into the “swamp” below. The Wild Woozy challenge expands team members trust for one another. How much are they willing to extend their trust as they traverse an ever increasing distance? The Whale Watch requires precision, balance and patience if team members are to successfully balance the platform long enough to be able to see the elusive, mythical whale. The Platform Traverse challenge tests the team’s ability to use provide resources to travel from one platform to the next, eventually reaching a single platform which may or may not hold all team members. The Teepe challenge requires dexterity and trust. Are team members willing to help each other as they maneuver around the teepe foundation? The Spider’s Web challenge encourages cooperation, trust and strategy. The team is tasked with getting everyone through the web, without touching it or using an opening twice. The Low Cable Traverse encourages teamwork and trust. Team members must travel on cables stretched between a series of trees. The Trust Fall is an element that is used occasionally depending on the group. It requires a high level of maturity and trust amongst team members. The Up and Over Wall is also an element that is appropriate for teams that are mature and focused. There are two levels depending on the team’s abilities. The Tire Traverse challenges team members to use their dexterity, balance and patience to travel across the tires, simultaneously from opposite directions.
