Our Team
Think, Act, and Play Like a Team!
Here’s a little secret I’ll let you in on... Many team building companies hire independent contractors to work as facilitators for their programs. As a result, program quality can drastically vary, depending on which facilitators they hire and their level of experience. Unfortunately, if a facilitator is inexperienced, it backfires and some of your team members will leave disappointed and angry.
My business model allows me to deliver a consistently high level of programming since group sizes are small and I can personally serve as the lead facilitator for your team. In the event that I need to hire additional staffing, I can guarantee that any facilitator who joins our program is a mature professional with years of facilitation experience.
Here’s a snapshot of my experience …
Dov Pear/President
I am the driving energy and inspiration behind Teamwork Innovationz. My passion lies in designing and facilitating engaging workshops and training sessions that help leaders, organizations, and teams achieve greater success. As a motivator and connector, I understand people extremely well, facilitate engaging discussions, and focus on what’s working within the team. I have extensive facilitation and group dynamic experience which includes work with Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, hospitals, universities and non profits. I have been leading and facilitating group processes for over 25 years and have been a teacher within the public and private school systems. I’ve discovered over time, something I share in common with many of our clients: We are people who like to do, to think, to question, to discover and to explore. We are open to change, and we make changes when they make sense. We ultimately strive to enrich the quality of our lives and those people we love and care about. We are also people who love to have fun!
Once we have the opportunity to speak, we’ll get to know each other. If we agree we’re a good fit, we’ll then put our creative minds together to craft a program for your team that we’re excited about. After that, the real fun begins!
