Session 3 – How effectively does your team communicate? Successful methods and tools for communicating effectively.
Session 4 – How does your team address problem solving? Problem solving methodologies.
Session 5 – What is the level of trust amongst team members? Understanding the value of trust based vulnerability.
Session 6 – How do team members address “conflict”? “Conflict” as a benchmark of a successful team.
Session 7 – Does your team work interdependently? Developing synergistic relationships within your team.
Length of sessions – 2 hours, half day or full day.
