Ropes Course Adventures
[rev_slider rope]
A ropes course is an outdoor team building activity consisting of high and low elements. Low elements are named that because they usually take place on the ground or only a few feet above the ground. A high ropes course is often 30’-40’ off the ground and is constructed using trees or utility poles.
In order to create the best ropes program for your team, we have formed strategic alliances with premier ropes course companies. Like any of our programs, we will spend time with you to plan which types of ropes course challenges will best meet your needs. We are not limited geographically and can help coordinate and identify which venue would be most appropriate and beneficial for you team.
If you are looking to increase collaboration and camaraderie, we recommend “old school” ropes courses. In this setting, the group process is emphasized and the entire team must be involved in the success of each individual team member. For example, two “climbers” assist each other while they are supported by 10 other cheering team members. This enables a true group experience and opportunity for team growth.
Some clients prefer an adventure park setting, which is geared towards individual success where an individual can progress through different challenges on their own. They can choose easy, moderate or advanced courses and they usually spend approximately 2-3 hours on the course. We recommend this type of program for company picnics/events in combination with low ropes activities. This way, participants who are not physically inclined will be able to participate and have a great day as well.
